Medication management follow up
Service Description
At Evolve Psychiatry and Wellness, medication management follow-up appointments are an essential part of ensuring that your treatment remains effective and aligned with your mental health goals. These 20–30 minute appointments provide an opportunity to review your progress, assess the effectiveness of your current medication, and address any concerns or side effects you may be experiencing. During each follow-up, your psychiatric provider will carefully evaluate how well your medication is working for you. We will discuss any changes in your symptoms, mood, or overall well-being, and make adjustments to your treatment plan if necessary. Whether it involves fine-tuning the dosage or exploring alternative medications, our goal is to ensure that your treatment is optimized for your continued mental wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or missing an appointment without notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $100.00. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
